Electronic Program Guide Services Supplemental Terms

Capitalized terms which are not defined in these supplemental terms have the meanings set out in the Haivision Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) incorporated within the quotation or other Order Documentation which references these Supplemental Terms.

1.0 Electronic Program Guide (“EPG”) services shall be furnished on the following terms:

1.1 Disclaimer. Haivision does not guarantee the accuracy of the data provided by the EPG services. In the event inaccurate information is reported by Customer, Haivision shall make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the inaccuracy.

1.2 Use Limitation. Customer may not directly or indirectly use any device, software, internet site, web-based service or other means, re-stream, distribute, broadcast, or send the EPG data beyond the servers that have been licensed to receive the data.
