Job Summary: The Senior Procurement Specialist is responsible for planning, procuring and ensuring on-time delivery for the electronic components, PCBs, mechanical components/assemblies, and manufacturing services required to support Haivision’s global product portfolio. This role plays a critical part in ensuring supply continuity for Haivision’s OEM manufacturing and outsourced EMS/SMT production environments as well for all off the shelf parts The Senior Procurement Specialist creates requisitions based on planned orders, creates and communicates purchase orders in a timely manner, manages open POs to specific standards/KPIs, and interacts directly with suppliers to manage purchase orders so that material is delivered on-time. This role requires deep experience in electronics industry procurement, ideally gained within an OEM, EMS provider, or SMT manufacturing environment, along with strong commercial acumen, supplier management capability, and a proactive approach to material risk mitigation. Responsibilities Operational Buying and Supplier Management Manage day‑to‑day planning and purchase order execution, supplier confirmations, and delivery performance. Resolve shortages quickly, collaborating with planning, expedites, and substitutions. Monitor real-time procurement performance using KPIs such as Supplier Acknowledgment, ETA, OTD, responsiveness, and cost stability.[JD1.1][NP1.2] Support multi-site procurement initiatives that involve purchasing for other sites and/or migrating a supplier to a new site. Organization Collaboration Work closely with other procurement specialists and management to put in place best practices around purchase order execution, open purchase order management, and supplier management. Reporting & Documentation React daily/weekly planning and purchasing exception reports for overall procurement help. Assist on documentation of purchasing procedures and support updates to global standards. Skills and Qualifications Must be in Montreal and fluent in both English and French. In office at least 3 days a week. College diploma in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Communications, Business or related field (preferred). 5+ years of procurement experience in electronics manufacturing, including OEM or EMS/SMT environments. Strong understanding of PCBs, electronic components, and BOM structures. Experience working with ERP systems. Strong problem solving abilities; ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies. High attention to detail with strong organizational skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced production environment. Under the guidance of the Senior Director, Human Resources, the Senior Human Resources Generalist will lead and execute HR operation functions, create standard of procedures (SOPs), support various HR processes and provide counselling of management team. Responsibilities Drive the execution of HR-related projects and programs—including the implementation of new tools, updates to the HR procedures, and other initiatives. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of employment legislation and compliance requirements for employees across Canada—particularly Québec—and other regions as needed. Well-versed in Employee benefits in Canada and local laws. Introduce SOPs where needed. Serve as a trusted resource to employees, managers, and legal counsel when required. Ensure that data entry in HRIS is accurate and consistent. Strong project management skills, including project planning, execution, and monitoring. Demonstrated ability to manage complex HR projects with multiple stakeholders and vendors. Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary: The QA Specialist is responsible for ensuring the execution of test scenarios, resolving all bug issues, as well as defining and executing activities related to meeting timely deliverables. Duties and Responsibilites: Test Coverage Preparation Responsibilities: Test Case creation process for all Edge Devices / Media Management Product Releases: Creating Test Cases for New Feature coverage. Maintaining Test Plans to cover development scope / regression testing following completion of new feature integration. Maintenance of existing test case suite. Xray for JIRA knowledge is a plus. Conduct Testing: Conduct various tests on hardware/ software products throughout the SDLC of each product release. Represent the QA team in synchronization meetings with development teams and Product Owners. Analysis of logs using UNIX commands. Generate test reports and obtain necessary approvals for customer delivery. Identifying and communicating problems incurred during daily activities potentially compromising deliverables to Management. Status updates on release readiness to the QA Manager upon request Handle bugs: Enter bugs discovered during various testing phases in issue tracking system (JIRA). Reproduce / document the steps required to reproduce the issue(s). Perform bug fix verification testing when potential fixes are provided by the development team. Additional Responsibilities: Automation Initiatives: Communicate requirements for automated script coverage. Execute scripts for automated coverage delivered by the automation team. Assistance on Special Inquiries: Assist Product Management / Tech Support with customer related inquiries when applicable. Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science and /or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent industry experience. 3+ years equivalent work experience in similar field (Embedded Products / audiovisual technologies). Experience collaborating with software engineers and business experts. Experience writing black box, white box and web/GUI test cases; designing tests to identify and mitigate risks; helping business experts define requirements. Understanding of audiovisual and encoder/decoder technologies / audio/video standards (e.g. MPEG-2, MPEG-4, HEVC, H.264 and AAC, as well as different video resolutions). Knowledge of media streaming protocols (e.g. TS over UDP, RTP, SRT, NDI and RTMP). Understanding of data networks, and experience troubleshooting network-related issues. Familiarity with different operating systems (e.g. Linux, Mac OS, Windows) Autonomous, self-motivated, proactive team player with great attention to detail and good interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively in spoken and written (English & French).
