To learn more, visit Haivision at www.haivision.com. The Product Security Engineer is responsible for ensuring products are secure before release by embedding security into the development lifecycle. This role focuses on automated security testing, vulnerability detection, and compliance validation of release candidates, enabling the organization to ship secure, resilient, and compliant products at scale. Duties and Responsibilities: Product & Application Security Perform security testing on release candidates prior to production deployment Identify, assess, and validate security vulnerabilities in applications, APIs, and services Conduct threat modeling and security design reviews for new features and products Simulate realistic attack scenarios to evaluate product resilience Security Automation & Tooling Develop and maintain automated security testing scripts and tools Integrate SAST, DAST, SCA, container, and API security scans into CI/CD pipelines Improve detection accuracy and reduce false positives in security tooling Treat security tests and controls as code Vulnerability Management Triage and prioritizing vulnerabilities based on risk and exploitability Work closely with engineering teams to remediate findings before release Validate fixes and prevent regressions through automated testing Compliance & Secure SDLC Automate security controls that support regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001) Ensure release candidates meet internal security standards and policies Provide security sign off or release gating based on risk assessment Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3-5 years of experience in IT security, DevSecOps, or a related role. Strong programming background Familiarity with Terraform Familiarity with Tenable vulnerability scanning (Nessus, Vulnerability Management, Security Center). Familiarity with security automation tools (SAST, DAST, SCA, container scanning, API security, etc). Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements. As data becomes increasingly central to decision-making, we are seeking a hands-on Data Architect who will define, build, and own the organization’s modern data platform and analytics architecture. Job Summary: The Senior Procurement Specialist is responsible for planning, procuring and ensuring on-time delivery for the electronic components, PCBs, mechanical components/assemblies, and manufacturing services required to support Haivision’s global product portfolio. This role plays a critical part in ensuring supply continuity for Haivision’s OEM manufacturing and outsourced EMS/SMT production environments as well for all off the shelf parts The Senior Procurement Specialist creates requisitions based on planned orders, creates and communicates purchase orders in a timely manner, manages open POs to specific standards/KPIs, and interacts directly with suppliers to manage purchase orders so that material is delivered on-time. This role requires deep experience in electronics industry procurement, ideally gained within an OEM, EMS provider, or SMT manufacturing environment, along with strong commercial acumen, supplier management capability, and a proactive approach to material risk mitigation. Responsibilities Operational Buying and Supplier Management Manage day‑to‑day planning and purchase order execution, supplier confirmations, and delivery performance. Resolve shortages quickly, collaborating with planning, expedites, and substitutions. Monitor real-time procurement performance using KPIs such as Supplier Acknowledgment, ETA, OTD, responsiveness, and cost stability.[JD1.1][NP1.2] Support multi-site procurement initiatives that involve purchasing for other sites and/or migrating a supplier to a new site. Organization Collaboration Work closely with other procurement specialists and management to put in place best practices around purchase order execution, open purchase order management, and supplier management. Reporting & Documentation React daily/weekly planning and purchasing exception reports for overall procurement help. Assist on documentation of purchasing procedures and support updates to global standards. Skills and Qualifications Must be in Montreal and fluent in both English and French. In office at least 3 days a week. Job Purpose: The Senior Hardware Designer has a solid background in the design of high-speed digital circuits, with a strong working knowledge of the hardware development of embedded systems, familiarity with FPGA/CPLD design, Signal Integrity and EMC simulations. The Senior Hardware Designer will be responsible for developing and maintaining product designs as well as testing the product to make sure that they meet the required functionality. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop board-level designs integrating previously-used technologies (design re-use): Ensure that a functional, effective, operational and managed infrastructure is in place to cover the Company’s networks, storage, backups and communication needs Document architecture, register map, design blocks, PCB design guidelines, etc.: Participate and document the architecture of the new designs Create and document the register map used by the software Document the important blocks of the design Create and document the PCB design guidelines use by the external layout team Review and approval of PCB layouts – ensure PCB layout is optimized for EMC performance. Provide support with the layout design of the new PCBs: Provide a layout placement to the layout designer Communicate with the PCB layout designer to validate the layout during the design Approve the layout prior to release Participate in the development of FPGA/CPLD logic (VHDL coding and simulation with ModelSim): Code FPGA (Xilinx/Altera) in VHDL in relation to the design specifications Simulate the design with Modelsim before the implementation in the FPGA Implement and validate the FPGA design Perform lab tests by using equipment like oscilloscope to validate and debug the prototype. Produce unit test plans (for Quality Assurance and Production groups): Create the necessary documentations to assure the quality and positive functionality of the news products to the quality assurance and production groups Specialize in Signal Integrity & EMC simulations using Mentor HyperLynx: Use Hyperlynx and appropriate design techniques to assure the conformity of the products with the electromagnetic compliance Support electronic testing of prototypes including: EMI, Environmental and ESD. Evaluation of new technologies and design trade-offs.
