Visit haivision.com and join us in fuelling the future of IP video transformation Job Summary: As a Senior System and Network Administrator within the Haivision IS team, your involvement will span from collaborating in planning the IT roadmap to installing and maintaining hardware and software systems across various locations. You will also be responsible to ensure system performance remains optimal, reliability stays high, and updates are seamlessly integrated. You will act as a mentor to the resources under your responsibility. Your expertise will also contribute to shaping efficient IT processes, refining maintenance approaches, and creating comprehensive policies and documentation. Responsibilities System Management – Install, configure, and maintain various operating systems and servers. Ensure system performance remains optimal and updates are seamlessly integrated. Network Administration – Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other hardware. Security Oversight – Implement and monitor security protocols. Ensure the organization’s network and data are protected from threats. Backup and Recovery – Implement and manage system backups. Develop and test disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity. User Support – Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems promptly. Develop user documentation and training materials. Project Management – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address IT-related projects and initiatives. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and stakeholders. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Extensive experience as a System/Network Administrator. (Active Directory, Entra ID, PfSense, Microsoft 365 Enterprise Suite) Proficiency in various operating systems and servers. (Windows, Mac, Linux, FreeBSD) Familiarity with network protocols, routing, and security principles. Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud platforms. (VMWare, Hyper-V, Kubernetes) Experience with system monitoring tools and methodologies. (Prometheus, Zabbix) Knowledge of backup/restore solutions and disaster recovery strategies. Familiarity with project management lifecycle and tools (Jira, Confluence) Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in both French and English Certifications like MCSA, CCNA, CompTIA A+ is an asset. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Event Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will support the Event Marketing Manager in delivering Haivision’s global event strategy, helping bring our brand to life through impactful and flawlessly executed tradeshows and internal events. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, an unmatched ability to multi-task efficiently, and hands-on experience executing in-person events. The ideal candidate brings an enthusiasm for technology marketing and is passionate about producing seamless, unforgettable events. You will support the event execution and return on investment of trade shows, conferences, local field events, and internal events worldwide. You’ll work very closely with the Event Marketing Manager, as well as the content marketing, product marketing, digital marketing, sales, finance, accounting, logistics, and other departments at Haivision. This position requires someone with outstanding organization and planning skills who can work with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within a team environment. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a very fast-growing, high-energy corporate setting that demands and rewards leadership, initiative, resourcefulness, and individual contribution.   Duties and Responsibilities: Assist the Event Marketing Manager with the planning of annual events calendars & budgets (North America, EMEA, LATAM, APAC) – working alongside Sales and Marketing Teams Support the Event Marketing Manager with the execution of Haivision’s corporate tradeshows, regional & field events, and internal sales meetings from start to finish through the following: Planning & Organization: Execute event concepts, track meeting minutes, follow detailed timelines and schedules, and manage overall logistics and team next steps Vendor Management: Assist in communication and management of vendors (e.g., caterers, venues, booth builders, hotels, AV teams) Budget & Finance Tracking: Track and manage regional event budgets, requisition creation, invoicing, payment processing, and ensuring that all costs remain within allocated limits Marketing & Promotion: Coordinate with marketing and sales to promote events through various channels like social media, email marketing, and event registration sites On-Site Execution: Oversee day-of operations, including set-up, breakdown, and troubleshooting any issues or emergencies that arise to ensure a seamless experience Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event assessments and gather feedback from internal teams Work closely with internal sales teams to ensure each event meets the overall goals of the company as well as keeping within the allotted budgets   Qualifications: Associates degree required with 2+ years’ experience, bachelor’s degree preferred in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, Communications, or related fields 1-2 years’ experience in event planning, project management, marketing, or logistics Proven projects or job experience relating to the execution of an event or project from start to finish Excellent project and time management skills Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-driven organization Work effectively with local and remote teams to execute events and projects Strong knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft 365 Suite Basic knowledge of accounting and budgeting Team player willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done Previous knowledge of Asana as a project management tool is a plus Strong English communications skills, both written and oral French language skills are a plus Ability to lift up to 35lbs Ability to travel 10-20%, domestically and internationally (passport required) If you are a qualified and interested candidate for this position, please submit your resume to careers@haivision.com. Senior Hardware Designer

To learn more, visit Haivision at haivision.com.  Job Purpose: The Senior Hardware Designer has a solid background in the design of high-speed digital circuits, with a strong working knowledge of the hardware development of embedded systems, familiarity with FPGA/CPLD design, Signal Integrity and EMC simulations. The Senior Hardware Designer will be responsible for developing and maintaining product designs as well as testing the product to make sure that they meet the required functionality. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop board-level designs integrating previously-used technologies (design re-use): Ensure that a functional, effective, operational and managed infrastructure is in place to cover the Company’s networks, storage, backups and communication needs Document architecture, register map, design blocks, PCB design guidelines, etc.: Participate and document the architecture of the new designs Create and document the register map used by the software Document the important blocks of the design Create and document the PCB design guidelines use by the external layout team Review and approval of PCB layouts – ensure PCB layout is optimized for EMC performance. Provide support with the layout design of the new PCBs: Provide a layout placement to the layout designer Communicate with the PCB layout designer to validate the layout during the design Approve the layout prior to release Participate in the development of FPGA/CPLD logic (VHDL coding and simulation with ModelSim): Code FPGA (Xilinx/Altera) in VHDL in relation to the design specifications Simulate the design with Modelsim before the implementation in the FPGA Implement and validate the FPGA design Perform lab tests by using equipment like oscilloscope to validate and debug the prototype. Produce unit test plans (for Quality Assurance and Production groups): Create the necessary documentations to assure the quality and positive functionality of the news products to the quality assurance and production groups Specialize in Signal Integrity & EMC simulations using Mentor HyperLynx: Use Hyperlynx and appropriate design techniques to assure the conformity of the products with the electromagnetic compliance Support electronic testing of prototypes including: EMI, Environmental and ESD. Evaluation of new technologies and design trade-offs. Perform additional related duties as required: Execute additional tasks upon request Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent Minimum of 5 years of experience in Hardware Development, Senior Hardware Designer or Electrical Engineer. Work experience with PADS Pro/OrCAD/Altium. Experience with Signal Integrity and EMC simulations and debugging. Proven ability to work independently, as part of a design team or as a design team lead. Strong teamwork skills are a must. Knowledge of Audio/Video (hardware development/instrumentation) is an asset. Ability to establish priorities and estimate deadlines.
