Job Summary:

We’re looking for an Events Marketing Coordinator (EMC) to join our talented and passionate team of marketers to develop, communicate and implement event marketing plans and handle the execution of events logistics.

Working in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams, the EMC will be responsible for researching and securing venues, planning and managing the events’ calendar, negotiating quotes and agreements with vendors, interacting with the finance department, assisting with event marketing, monitoring deadlines and budgets, and delivering and reporting on event objectives.


  • Research and implement event plans; understand event goals and objectives
  • Complete post-event briefings including communication of post-event report to the team
  • Coordinate all event logistics including:
    • Event planning calendar
    • Event budgets, contracts and invoicing
    • Coordinate with vendors and contractors
    • Book event venues and negotiate hotel contracts for group lodging
    • Shipping and receiving for events
    • Attendee list and travel details
    • Project management of event deliverables
    • Source and manage inventory of promotional items

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years’ experience in corporate events management
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-driven organization
  • Work effectively with local and remote teams
  • Exceptional English communications skills, both written and oral
  • Team player willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
  • Ability to travel internationally
