Haivision Wins a Prestigious Emmy® Award for Technology and Engineering Innovation
We are very excited to announce that Haivision has won a Technology & Engineering Emmy® Award for IP Video Technology from the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS).
In its 73rd annual Technology & Engineering Emmy® Awards, NATAS’ Technology & Engineering Achievement Committee has recognized Haivision for our technological innovation in “Management of IP Multicast Video Distribution to Desktops and TVs in News and Media Production Facilities” including our flagship multisite live video distribution and IPTV solution, Haivision Media Platform.
This is the second Emmy® Award for Haivision. In 2018, Haivision’s development of the technology behind the Secure Reliable Transport (SRT) Protocol was awarded an Emmy® for “Pioneering Reliable Transmission Method for Live Contribution and Distribution TV Links” by the Academy.
Each year, the committee, comprised of highly qualified engineers working in television, considers technical developments in the industry and determines which, if any, merit an award. Those that stand out are honored with a prestigious Technology & Engineering Emmy® Award.
