Makito ONE video encoder and decoder

4K UHD Video Encoder and Decoder

Makito ONE is a fully configurable encoder/decoder ideal for live production workflows requiring pristine ultra-low latency video. Designed for primary contribution and remote production, it supports 4K UHD and full HD video with 10-bit color precision, 4:2:2 chroma subsampling, and HDR.

Available with dual SDI or ST 2110 interfaces for maximum versatility, it supports H.264 and HEVC for SRT streaming over the internet as well as JPEG XS for visually lossless contribution over managed networks. Scalable for productions of any size, Makito ONE ensures frame accurate synchronization and broadcast-quality video delivery from any location to any destination.

Flexible and Scalable Broadcast Contribution

With dual 12G SDI or ST 2110 interfaces, the highly flexible Makito ONE encodes and decodes pristine quality video for digital, IP, and hybrid workflows. Up to 4 blades can be installed in a single 1RU chassis or install up to 18 blades in a 4RU chassis for encoding and decoding up to 32 video streams in 4K or HD.
