Job Summary
The Sales Director is responsible for representing Haivision’s technology portfolio in the assigned Sales region. The candidate will work closely with other Account Executives and Sales Engineers based in EMEA. Candidate must reside in Europe, preferably in the Benelux region.
Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities
- Overall account and client management within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with end user clients and integrators/resellers/partners to develop regionally focused business plans.
- Work with AV integrators/resellers/partners to represent Haivision products within the Defense, Public-Safety, Government, A/V, and enterprise industries.
- Develop, establish and maintain good working relationships with new and existing clients & partners.
- Participate on international and regional trade shows to represent the Haivision solutions as needed.
- Become a Haivision brand champion, capable of demonstrating and explaining our technology and products to key decision makers.
- Establish long-term relationships with end-user clients, resellers, partners, and integrators.
- Consult with the VP of Sales to set up objectives, goals, strategy, and plan of action for the territory.
- Participate in regular calls and meetings to help increase the territory’s business and foster the Haivision culture within the territory.
- Work closely with the broader Haivision team, including marketing, sales, and product, to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution of the Benelux market strategy.
Technical Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales technical/architectural overview to partners and customers.
- Remain knowledgeable and current with industry trends and technical developments that affect target markets, including competitive information.
Reporting
- Participate in internal and client-facing meetings, prepare reports and presentations.
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and business plans for the territory.
- Keep CRM updated on a daily basis.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong sales background with 10+ years in directly relevant industry (e.g. Defense, Public Safety, Video Streaming, Operations Centers, etc.).
- Experience in the Defense or ISR industries. Ex-military strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with NATO STANAG Standards and/or Military Standards (MIL-STD) for video with multiplexed metadata.
- Understanding of surveillance workflows, with knowledge of data-link (Radio/Microwave/SATCOM).
- Strong customer focus.
- Superior verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Superior written communication skills.
- Strong ability to engage with and influence key decision-makers across all levels, including C-suite executives such as COOs, CTOs, CFO and technical buyers.
- Self-motivated, with a proven ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think “outside of the box”.
- Superior organizational skills.
- Conversant in multiple languages relevant to the region.
- Past experience leading business development efforts with Large Systems Integrators.
- Attitude and motivation to accomplish objectives and close a deal.

As our Regional Sales Manager for Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg, you’ll be at the forefront of Haivision’s mission to deliver groundbreaking video solutions to top-tier clients in broadcast market.
What You’ll Do
Sales Superstar Responsibilities
- Own Your Territory: Take charge of the Benelux region, managing accounts and driving sales with end-user clients, integrators, resellers, and partners. Haivision already works with Tier 1 broadcasters and major media organizations in the region; you will take over an existing customer base and a well-qualified pipeline of opportunities.
- Strategize and Win: Work closely with the Senior Sales Director to define clear objectives, build tailored go-to-market strategies, and implement actionable plans that support business growth and customer success.
- Team up for Impact: Work closely with a highly experienced Senior Sales Engineer, collaborating daily on customer engagements, technical demonstrations, solution design, and validation processes.
- Live the Haivision vibe: Take an active part in regular team calls, cross-regional updates, and company initiatives to share insights, maintain alignment, and support a collaborative and high-performing sales culture across Europe.
- Build lasting connections: Engage with broadcast and AV system integrators, resellers, and other strategic partners to develop and execute joint business plans.
- Represent Haivision: Participate in key industry events such as IBC and other regional trade shows, showcasing our innovative video contribution solutions and building visibility among decision-makers.
Technical Responsibilities
