Job Purpose:

The Marketing Manager, Broadcast, supports Haivision’s growth by planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, lead generation, and pipeline impact for our broadcast product portfolio.

Reporting to the Director of Content Marketing & Campaigns, this role collaborates closely with product marketing, content, events, web, and creative teams to deliver campaigns that resonate with broadcast and media audiences.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Content & Campaign Execution

  • Manage campaign calendars, schedules, and deliverables, including campaign planning, creative briefing, promotion, launch, and reporting
  • Be a self-sufficient writer with the ability to collaborate with content writers, designers, and product marketers to create high-impact campaign assets (blogs, case studies, videos, white papers, etc.)
  • Be available to contribute and edit marketing copy and create content marketing materials
  • Ensure that messaging and branding are consistent across all marketing channels
  • Manage budgets and contracts for paid promotions and advertising
  • Engage with third‑party vendors, trade media, and industry associations to coordinate campaign deliverables and timelines.
  • Identify new marketing channels, trends, and opportunities to reach broadcast audiences
  • Collaborate with the product marketing team on go‑to‑market plans for product launches and communications
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and deliver reporting as needed
  • Collaborate and support sales team with marketing materials, presentations, and lead‑nurturing assets

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B tech environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills – capable of simplifying complex concepts
  • Team player that can thrive in a shared‑resources environment, working seamlessly with cross‑functional teams to align priorities, manage dependencies, and drive projects forward
  • Demonstrated success in managing campaigns and content programs for B2B audiences
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build relationships across departments
  • SEO optimization skills
  • Experience or familiarity with the broadcast, or media and entertainment industry is an asset
