If you missed our special webinar with Shield AI, a leading defense technology company focused on protecting service members and civilians with intelligent systems, you’ve come to the right place.
Brent Bergen, Director of Business Development at Shield AI, joined Haivision’s Principal Solutions Architect, John Leipper, and its Product Marketing Manager, Philip Maszkiewicz, to discuss how the combined solution of Shield AI’s Sentient Tracker software and the Haivision Kraken video processor are revolutionizing ISR operations.
We’ve included some of the key points that came up during the discussion here, but make sure to watch the entire webinar for more insights and a full demo of the integrated solution in action by clicking the link below.
Webinar: AI Object Detection from Anywhere
We dive in with our guest from Shield AI, Brent Bergen who started the webinar by briefly discussing the history of Shield AI and the development of two of its key AI solutions, Kestrel and Sentient Tracker. Then we went straight into some fascinating insights on how they are enhancing object detection with their innovative technology.
Watch a clip below to see Brent explain how Sentient Tracker is used for object detection and the benefits it provides to operators during mission-critical situations.
Shield AI’s Sentient Tracker integrates with Haivision Kraken to create a solution that simplifies workflows for systems integrators and defense technology teams.
We then reached the highlight of the webinar where Haivision’s John Leipper presented a demo of how Sentient Tracker, Kraken, and Play ISR work together and emphasized how this integration enables users to single out an intended mark even among multiple objects or with harsh environmental obstacles in the way like searching for oil spills and marine life, or how to support search and rescue teams navigating impossible terrains.
A pivotal part of this solution falls on Haivision Play ISR, the free ISR desktop video player that enables real-time playback of mission-critical full-motion video at low latency. We recently added new features and upgrades including easy selection of streams and programs, interlaced HEVC encoding, enhanced statistics, and more.
Philip Maszkiewicz ended the webinar by providing viewers with a closer look at the benefits of Play ISR. Check it out.
