A first‑of‑its‑kind 5G workflow integrates Haivision’s bonded cellular transmitters with EVS’s T‑Motion media production robotic sysatems for seamless remote camera operation

MONTREAL, CANADA AND LIÈGE, BELGIUM – September 10, 2026 – Haivision (TSX: HAI), a leading global provider of mission-critical, real-time video networking and visual collaboration solutions, and EVS, a leading provider of live video technology for broadcast and new media productions, today announced a joint demonstration at IBC2026 showcasing the future of remote production through bonded cellular video contribution and robotic camera control over public and private 5G networks.

At this year’s show, the companies will unveil a live remote production workflow connecting the EVS stand at IBC in Amsterdam with EVS headquarters in Liège almost 250 kilometers away, enabling EVS T-Motion real-time media production robotic and camera control (Pan/Tilt/Zoom/Focus and painting colorimetry) via the Haivision Pro460 5G video transmitter, Haivision StreamHub receiver and the EVS Choreon unified robotic controller. The demonstration highlights how Haivision’s bonded cellular and 5G contribution technology integrates with EVS’s robotic camera systems to deliver broadcast-grade reliability for long-distance remote operation of motorized production assets.

This capability unlocks new possibilities for cost-efficient, flexible, and scalable remote production, optimizing on-site resources while maintaining the precision required for live events.
