Inside Sales Director/Manager

Haivision is looking for someone:

  • Who has 8+ years’ experience in Sales
  • Who has managed an Inside Sales team
  • Who is proficient in using Salesforce
  • Who can hire and train effectively

Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Director/Manager of Inside Sales is responsible for all aspects of the inside sales team. The primary role of the Director/Manager of Inside Sales is to ensure the success of a company’s sales department. Primary responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching, and managing the professional development of an inside sales team (which consists of sales development reps serving different markets and geographies) and establishing, optimizing, and assisting with the sales process for the global outside sales team. The inside sales collaborates directly with and is aligned with the outside sales team and assists that team with sales opportunity management.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Managing the inside sales representatives as a team
  • Hiring, training, coaching inside sales reps
  • Setting and tracking sales targets for the team
  • Suggesting and implementing improvements in the sales process and reflecting such changes within the CRM
  • Establish sales reports, tools, structures to be used in all regions
  • Train all regions in the sales process and use of Salesforce
  • Monitor all sales metrics
  • Establish best practices for opportunity qualification and advancement
  • Provide training to the inside and outside sales teams on the CRM (Salesforce)

Professional and Personal Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an inside sales manager or director
  • 8+ year sales experience, preferably B2B and technology focused
  • Very proficient with Salesforce CRM software and MS Excel
  • Should be comfortable with technology, preferable with some knowledge of video streaming
