Job Summary:

The Accounting Clerk is responsible for a variety of accounts payable tasks such as drafting bank reconciliation reports, processing credit card statements, review and reconcile transactions, record and categorize expenses, etc.


  • Process, sort and extract essential financial information from emails for accounts payable. Input data entry of payable invoices vs. invoice payments made from accounts payable.
  • Receive and process invoices for payment and update invoice details accordingly. Perform back reconciliations, verify accounts and transactions of bank accounts and credit card statements.
  • Communicate with various department supervisors regarding approval process for various invoices received from suppliers.
  • Create bank analysis and reports, when requested by the Finance Department. Data entry for Human Resources, when needed.
  • Create expense reports in Nexonia for various credit card statements. Perform additional related tasks as required.


  • Minimum Graduated/In process of graduation of College (Qc) or AEC(Qc) matter of specific.
  • Preferred Bookkeeping.
  • 1 year of experience in accounting
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in English
  • French is preferred.
