PKRF Information
This page is designed to help our CoolSign customers to fill in the Product Key Request Form (PKRF) to a level that can be processed by Haivision. It is important to have all the required information present in the PKRF at the beginning so that the fulfillment can be completed within 2
business days after receipt of a credit-cleared Purchase Order or
approved evaluation license.
To obtain your license key, please complete the form that is applicable to your case. To avoid processing delays, please complete all relevant information and be sure to include the correct MAC Address before submitting your request.

CoolSign Server License Type
The server type can be one of the following:

Server MAC Address
The MAC address is the set of numbers found on the server by issuing the following at a command prompt (DOS command):
Ipconfig /all
This will output all of the IP information including the MAC address located next to the label “Physical Address”. It should look like this example : 00-50-56-C0-00-08
Often there is more than one MAC address on a computer. In this case, please provide all MAC addresses indicated in the output of the Ipconfig/all command. Please consult with your IT staff, alternatively, any MAC address can be used for the key because the system will cycle through all of the addresses to verify the key.
Note that the format is 6 sets of a 2 character values as shown above. Newer IP or MAC addresses (ipv6) have more characters; these should not be used.
