Miroslav (Mirko) Wicha President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman As founder of Haivision, Mirko has over 28 years of executive management and worldwide sales experience with software and hardware companies in the graphics, high performance computing, and multi-media industries such as Discreet Logic, Autodesk Inc., Alias|wavefront, Alias Research Ltd., Silicon Graphics and Hewlett-Packard. Mirko has lived and worked internationally managing successful high-tech operations throughout the world with a focus on building global companies and shareholder value. Mirko received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics degree from Acadia University in Wolfville, N.S. (Canada). |

Peter Maag Chief Marketing Officer Peter brings to Haivision over 23 years of proven experience in international business development, sales, marketing, and strategic partner development. Previously, Peter served as Vice President at Hyperchip (telecommunications sector) and at Discreet Logic (multimedia/broadcast sector), developing top-level strategic alliances and channel / OEM partnerships. Peter received his MBA from McGill University in Montreal (Canada) and his Bachelor of Engineering Science (Mechanical Engineering) degree from the University of Western Ontario in London (Canada). |

Dan Rabinowitz Chief Financial Officer Dan brings over 23 years of finance and administrative management expertise to Haivision. Previously, Dan served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for FinanSure, Inc. (a student loan lender), TUSC (an IT professional services firm) and Peapod, Inc. (the world's first internet grocer), where he has significant experience in capital raising, M&A and infrastructure building. He also served as an M&A intermediary for Geneva Capital Markets a subsidiary of Citibank. Dan received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois, and his Masters of Management degree (MBA) from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. |

Mahmoud J. Al-Daccak Executive Vice President, Product Development Mahmoud has over 22 years of product development and senior technology management experience. Prior to joining Haivision, Mahmoud served as VP of Engineering then CTO of MaxT Systems, where Mahmoud rebuilt the engineering team, overhauled the technology direction and participated in the strategic planning and fund-raising, culminating in the acquisition of the company by Avid. Previously, Mahmoud held positions as CTO of ZipLocal, COO and co-founder of Polyester Media, and VP of Product Development at Discreet Logic. Mahmoud received his Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and his Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University in Montréal, Québec. |

Chance Mason Executive Vice President, Internet Media Division Chance brings 12 years of industry experience to Haivision. He is a recognized leader in the digital media segment, having establish and operated multiple online video platforms (OVP) for live and on-demand media management. Prior to Haivision, Chance served as Senior Vice President at KIT Digital of the SaaS and Cloud Solutions & Services for their global media operations. Prior to that, Chance was the Executive Vice President of Multicast Media Technologies in Atlanta, GA, Mason where he established Streaming Faith and 316 Networks, platforms supporting the digital media requirements for hundreds of organizations. Chance graduated with honors from Liberty University with a degree in Management Information Systems. |

JoAnne Gaudreau Vice President Marketing JoAnne brings to Haivision more than 17 years of marketing and management experience in the high tech industry. Previously, JoAnne led marketing for Autodesk/Discreet’s Media and Entertainment systems business and worked as a senior consultant for Oracle. She has lead significant growth efforts in smaller start up environments as well as larger Fortune 500 organizations. JoAnne received her Executive MBA from McGill University in Montreal (Canada), and her Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) degree from Concordia University in Montreal (Canada). |

Ghislain Collette Vice President, Product Management Ghislain has over 15 years of experience in video networking, working in Broadcast, Cable Distribution and Streaming industries. Prior to Haivision, Ghislain served as Project Engineer at Videotron, designing and coordinating the deployment of multi-million dollar projects and at Miranda Technologies / Miranda Media Networks where he served as Product Manager for the Transport and Multimedia products. Ghislain holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Sherbrooke, Canada. |

Charles Dobson Vice President, Global Channels Charles is an IT industry veteran with a solid track record enabling channel partners and system integrators with the latest technology solutions. With Haivision from its founding in 2004, he has built Haivision’s presence globally, and today he supports the company's sales teams and sales partners world-wide with a focus on expanding the company’s partner base in all market segments. Prior to Haivision, Charles served as Manager, Business Development at Hyperchip, a core router start-up with technology that targeted the world’s largest carrier networks. Charles received a BA Honors, with Distinction, Philosophy from Bishop's University, Lennoxville. |

Rick Snow Vice President, Operations Rick brings to Haivision almost 20 years of an exceptional track record within high technology systems manufacturing. Rick has proven to be instrumental within both telecom and systems manufacturing operations. Previously, Rick served as Vice President at Hyperchip, a developer of core Internet routers, and built the system integration operations and order administration group for Autodesk/Discreet. Rick has extensive experience in technology supplier relationships, ERP/MRP systems, and production planning and management. Rick also studied Computer Science, Physics and Philosophy at Carleton University in Ottawa (Canada) and obtained his Masters of Business Administration degree (MBA) from the University of Liverpool (UK). |

Lawrence Wilk Vice President, Finance Lawrence brings over 15 years of accounting and management experience to Haivision. Previously, Lawrence was director of finance and CFO at companies in the manufacturing and finance sectors. He also served a wide variety of businesses as a principal at RSM Richter where he was a key business advisor to his clients. Lawrence received his Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from McGill University in Montreal (Canada) and his Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Concordia University in Montreal. He obtained his Chartered Accountant (C.A.) designation in 1997. |

Andy Vaughan Vice President, U.S. Federal Sales Andy has over 15 years of enterprise networking, systems management, and IP video distribution experience across the Service Provider, Higher Education, Medical, and US Federal markets. A veteran of the US Air Force, Andy has helped establish Federal Sales organizations at four companies, developing federal sales channels, system integrator relationships, market planning, and information assurance strategies. Andy received a joint Bachelor of Electrical and Computer Engineering and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University. |

Leo Bull Vice President, Americas Sales Leo has 20 years of experience in the technology industry specializing in channel sales and sales management, both domestic and international. Joining Haivision with the acquisition of CoolSign, he served as VP of Global Sales for CoolSign before taking on responsibility for US Commercial Sales in the Americas for all Haivision products. Leo spent several years with Avocent as their Vice President of Sales, heading up their Broadcast & Pro AV divisions. Leo also worked with LG Electronics where he started their system integration division. He is a graduate of Clemson University. |

Richard Brice Vice President, International Sales Richard brings over 25 years of experience in television to Haivision. For the last ten years Richard worked for Miranda Technologies Inc. during which he was Managing Director of Miranda Europe, heading up Miranda's sales and engineering groups based in Paris and Oxford (UK). He then went on to be President of Miranda Asia, based in Hong Kong, and finally served as the Senior VP Sales U.S., based in New York. Richard was part of the executive team that took Miranda through their IPO and was closely involved with Miranda's M&A activities. Richard is the author of four books about television and sound engineering and was awarded his honours degree from Bradford University (UK). |
